8 Jalapeno peppers
1 8 oz block cream cheese
16 slices of bacon
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp of The Olive Bin's Green Chili Olive Oil
The Olive Bin's Maple Balsamic Vinegar

Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and white rind.

Pat the jalapeno dry and spread cream cheese mixture inside it

Lay a piece of bacon down, place the stuffed jalapeno on it and gently wrap the bacon around it. Secure the bacon with a toothpick or two, if needed.

Line up the wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet and brush with maple balsamic.

Cook at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
