Balsamic Bacon Deviled Eggs

Slice boiled eggs in half and remove egg yolks. Place egg yolks in bowl an add mayonnaise, salt, bacon crumbles, balsamic vinegar, and roasted onion. Mix together with a fork until well mixe. Spoon into egg white halves or pipe to make them fancier.

Ingredients

12 hard boiled eggs

1/2 C mayonnaise

1/2 tsp salt

4 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled

1 tsp dried roasted onion

1-2 tsp of The Olive Bin's 18-Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
