Strawberry Kiwi Goat Cheese Tartines

Place baguette slices on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven until crisp. For more flavored bread slices, brush with Lemon or Garlic Olive Oil before toasting. Smear a teaspoon of goat cheese on each bread slice. Top with strawberry slice. Drizzle balsamic before serving.
