Tuscan Herb Pizza Dough

In a large bowl, whisk together 3 C flour, sugar, yeast, soda, and salt. Transfer to stand mixer with dough hook attachment. Add water and 1/2 C olive oil and mix for about 10 minutes. Slowly add remaining flour. Drizzle 1 1/2 t olive oil in bowl, add dough turning once to coat with oil, and cover with tea towel to rise for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 F. When dough has doubled in size, place on pizza stone or baking tray. Stretch to cover the pan. Top with desired toppings and bake.

Ingredients

4 C all purpose flour

2 T granulated sugar

1 T quick rising yeast

1/2 t baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 C very hot (115 F) water

1/2 C + 1 1/2 t  of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Directions
