Balsamic Strawberry Delight



1/2 C heavy whipping cream
2 T sugar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar

1 lb strawberries

Additional Info

  1. Combine heavy whipping cream, sugar & Dark Chocolate balsamic in a small mixing bowl. Beat at medium-high speed until peaks form. Refrigerate while making balsamic reduction.

  2. In a small saucepan, bring Traditional balsamic to a boil over medium-low heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until balsamic has reduced to a thicker glaze, stirring continually. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl or cruet. Allow to cool.

  3. Core all the strawberries. Fill each strawberry with dark chocolate whipped cream and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Enjoy!
