Cara Cara Vanilla Frosting

Cream butter and shortening. Slowly add in 2 c powdered sugar. Add balsamic and juice. Mix in the zest. Add the rest of the powdered sugar. Spread on cake when cooled. Frosting will cover top of 9x13 pan generously or will fill and top a 2 layer cake—will not cover the sides.

Ingredients

1/2 C butter
1/2 C shortening
3 1/2 C powdered sugar
3 T of The Olive Bin's Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
2 T freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest of one orange

Directions
