1/2 C butter
1/2 C shortening
3 1/2 C powdered sugar
3 T of The Olive Bin's Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
2 T freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest of one orange

Directions
- Cream butter and shortening. Slowly add in 2 c powdered sugar. Add balsamic and juice. Mix in the zest. Add the rest of the powdered sugar.
- Spread on cake when cooled. Frosting will cover top of 9x13 pan generously or will fill and top a 2 layer cake—will not cover the sides.
