Chocolate Orange Sandwich Cookies

Mix all ingredients, except frosting, together by hand. Using a 1" cookie scoop, scoop balls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Press down slightly on the dough to flatten. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely. Once cookies are completely cooled, frost the bottom of one cookie with frosting; top with another cookie to form a sandwich. Serve immediately. Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.

Ingredients

2 boxes Devil's Food Cake Mix (use kind with pudding in the mix)
4 eggs
2/3 C of The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 tub frosting, flavor of your choice (recommended: cream cheese frosting)

Directions
