Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Apple Crisp

Peel and slice apples. Pour cinnamon pear balsamic over the apples and stir. Spread apples out in a 9 x 13” baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, sugar, and butter. Add oats and flour and mix until crumbly. Spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 45—50 minutes. Cool until warm. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and top with cinnamon pear balsamic reduction. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Reduction:Put 1 1/2 C Cinnamon Pear Balsamic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until reduced by 25%

5 large Jonathan apples
2 T of The Olive Bin's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 1/2 C sugar
1 C butter
1 C instant oats
1 C flour
