Dark Chocolate Balsamic Frosting

Cream crisco and butter until smooth. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together. Add to the butter mixture. Add 1 tsp of the balsamic vinegar. Mix. Add milk a little at a time until smooth. Taste, and if desired, add 1⁄2 tsp balsamic vinegar. Add more powdered sugar or milk until frosting is desired thickness. Pipe onto cupcakes.

Ingredients

1⁄2 C Crisco
1⁄2 C butter
3 C confectioners' sugar
2/3 C Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1 1⁄2 tsp of Th Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar

4–6 T milk
1 T vanilla extract

Directions
