3 C sugar
3/4 C butter
5 1/2 oz can evaporated milk
12 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Bars
2 oz of The Olive Bin's Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp orange flavoring
2/3 C chopped pistachios
2/3 C Craisins
Orange Vanilla Fudge

Directions
- Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme, balsamic, vanilla, and orange flavoring. Beat well with a mixer until blended and smooth.
- Stir in Craisins and pistachios. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Let cool.
