Persian Lime Fudge Brownies

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 9-inch square pan and set aside. Sift together the flour and baking soda. Set aside. Melt Chocolate slowly until smooth. Stir in olive oil. Set aside to cool slightly. In medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, almonds, sugar and zest. Add chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth. Fold in flour mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. When done, remove from oven and set pan on wire rack to cool. Let stand for 5 minutes then unmold onto the cool- ing rack. When cool cut into squares. Enjoy!

9 oz bittersweet shocolate ships
2/3 C of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil
4 eggs
3/4 C almonds, ground in food processor

1 C sugar

1 T lime zest, finely grated

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
