Easy Philly Cheese Steak Dip

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions for about 4-5 minutes. Add peppers, cook for 1 minute, and stir in Horseradish & Sun-dried Tomato Dip. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and red wine vinegar. Stir in veggies, roast beef, and 1 ½ C cheese. Transfer to a 9x9 dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, broiling for the last minute. Serve warm with crostini.

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 T unsalted butter

 4 T Salt Sisters Horseradish & Sun-dried Tomato Dip

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

¼ C mayonnaise

2 T sour cream

2 t The Olive Bin’s Red Wine Vinegar

1 lb. deli-sliced roast beef, chopped

2 ½ C provolone cheese, shredded

Crostini, for serving
