- 1 can black eyed peas drained
- 1 can black beans rinsed

- 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil
- 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Green Chili Olive Oil
