White Bean Hummus

In a food processor, combine cannellini beans, lemon juice, minced garlic, tahini, and Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning. With the processor running, slowly pour in olive oil until the mixture is smoother and thick. Adjust seasoning as desired, then transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and stir in chopped green onions. Serve with pita chips or cut vegetables.

1 (24 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

Juice of 1 lemon

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ C tahini

1 T Salt Sisters Mediterranean Rub & Seasoning

½ C The Olive Bin’s EVOO

¼ C green onions, chopped

Directions
