1/2 C of any of The Olive Bin’s Extra Virgin Olive Oils
2 T of The Olive Bin's Neapolitan Herb or Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 T lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

- Cover and shake well. Season to take with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Makes about 1/2 C
