1 C of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 T minced rosemary, more to taste
1 C butter, softened
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

- Combine all ingredients together in medium bowl. (Butter needs to be soft, not melted, to combine all ingredients together in the right consistency.)
- Top meat with butter once cooked. Serve immediately.

This butter is a delicious topping for any meat. Simply grill or bake the meat of your choice, top with the butter, and enjoy!
