Tom's (Not So Secret) BBQ Rib Marinade

Mix all ingredients together. Prepare meat (cut off unwanted fats, remove thin membrane from ribs, etc.) Place meat in a Ziploc (or similar)bag. Pour marinade in and seal bag. Place in refrigerator overnight for best flavor.

Number Of Servings: 4

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C white wine vinegar
1/3 C lemon juice
3/4 C low sodium soy sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
2 T dry mustard
2 T salt
1 T fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

Additional Info

Want to add a spicy kick to your sauce? Include 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Cayenne Olive Oil.
