Basic Healthy Smoothie

In a blender, add the greens and purée for 15—30 seconds until you get a juice. Add any fresh fruit or veggies and purée. Add dry ingredients, frozen fruit, and oil and balsamic. Purée on medium for 10 seconds, then on high until thoroughly mixed. Add a little more liquid if needed to blend well. Drink, enjoy, be healthy! Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients

2 C of greens (spinach, swiss chard, collard greens, etc.)

3 C veggies or fruit
1/4 C protein powder
1/4 C of any of The Olive Bin's Olive Oil  

1/4 C of any of The Olive Bin's Balsamic Vinegar

2 C liquid (no sugar added)

Directions
