1/4 inch piece of ginger, peeled
2 oz aged rum
3/4 oz cinnamon simple syrup (directions below)
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lime juice
2 tsp pumpkin butter
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Maple Balsamic Vinegar

Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Put 1 cup water and 2 cinnamon sticks in a small pan & bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks. Bring water back to a boil, add 3/4 c sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool before adding to cocktail.
