Hot Chocolate

Place chocolate in medium size saucepan. Whisk cornstarch, cinnamon, and olive oil into a smooth paste. Add olive oil mixture, milk, and sugar to saucepan. Place saucepan over medium–high heat and bring to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6 oz bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped

3 tsp corn starch

1/4 t ground cinnamon

1 T of The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil

4 C whole milk

1/4 C granulated sugar

Directions
