Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, pomegranate juice and pomegranate balsamic to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker about halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for a slow count of ten. Strain ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired.

Ingredients

1 3/4 oz London dry gin (Tanqueray is recommended)

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar dissolved in water)

1 oz pomegranate juice

1/2 oz of The Olive Bin's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

Ice

Garnish: Fresh pomegranate arils, or a lime circle, or a branch of fresh rosemary

Directions
