Bake Salmon

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place it skin-side down on the prepared sheet. Rub the salmon with olive oil and Key West Seafood Rub & Seasoning, then arrange the filets in a single layer. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the filets and bake for 12-15 minutes. Finish with a squeeze of the second lemon and a sprinkle of parsley.

2 T Salt Sisters Key West Seafood Rub & Seasoning

Juice of 2 lemons, divided

Fresh parsley, chopped
