FOR THE ONIONS:
3 large onions, cut in half and sliced
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar

2 lbs ground turkey
1/2 C finely chopped onion
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tsp (3 large cloves) of garlic, minced
1 T dried thyme
8 slices provolone cheese
8 whole wheat buns
