Basic Burger Made Better

Spread ground beef on a cutting board and grate 2 T onion over it to let the juices soak in. Add heavy cream and Everyday Seasoning Salt, gently mix until just combined. Divide and shape into 4 patties, drizzle each with olive oil and lightly season both sides. Heat a pan over medium-high and cook patties for 3-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve on toasted buns or lettuce wraps with your favorite toppings.
