1 tsp dried basil

Directions
- In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, Sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish and cover with marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place each fillet on small sheet of aluminum foil (large enough to wrap fillet in). Spoon half of marinade over one fillet; wrap foil around fillet so it is sealed. Repeat process with other salmon fillet. Place both salmon fillets in clean glass dish; bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with fork.
