Espresso Balsamic Glazed Short Ribs

Season ribs with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil until browned. In a saucepan, simmer balsamic, stock, sugar, and soy sauce until reduced by half. Pour over ribs, cover, and braise at 325ºF for 2–2.5 hours until tender.

Ingredients

2 lbs beef short ribs

Salt

Pepper

2-3 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 C beef stock

2 T brown sugar

1 T soy sauce

Directions
