2 T of The Olive Bin's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
2 T Worcestershire sauce
5 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 piece of steak of your choice, about 2 lbs (i.e. top round steak)

Directions
- Mix together balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and rosemary in a large Ziploc bag. Add steak and let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Remove steaks from refrigerator; let sit at room temperature 10-20 minutes. Heat grill to medium-high and cook steak for 6-8 minutes per side (for rare), a little longer for medium. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
- Slice steak thinly and serve immediately.
