Grilled Java Ribeye Steaks

In a small bowl, whisk olive oil with Not Your Sister’s Coffee Rub & Seasoning. Place ribeye steaks in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and ensure they’re evenly coated. Seal the bag, removing excess air, and rub the marinade into the steaks. Refrigerate for 1-8 hours. Preheat the grill to high heat, then remove the steaks from the marinade. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust as desired. Transfer steaks to a plate, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Slice if desired and serve hot.

2 (1 lb.) ribeye steaks, trimmed
