Grilled Steaks

Allow steaks to sit at room temperature for 40 minutes, then heat your grill to high. Brush both sides with olive oil and season generously with Midnight Diamonds Hawaiian Sea Salt and black pepper. Once the grill is hot, place the steaks on it and cook for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting as needed. Transfer to a cutting board, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve immediately.

Salt Sisters Midnight Diamonds Hawaiian Sea Salt, fine

Freshly ground black pepper
