Honey Glazed Pork Chops

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil and season both sides of the pork chops with Honey Glaze Rub & Seasoning. Cook the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit, then transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes, allowing the temperature to reach 145. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by combining balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and 1 t Honey Glaze Rub & Seasoning in a small saucepan.
