1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
1 whole chicken, cut; or 6 chicken breasts

Directions
- Combine beer and balsamic vinegars in a gallon-size Ziploc bag or glass baking dish.
- Place the chicken in the marinade; turn to be sure marinade saturates all surfaces of the meat. Let sit for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
