1 fully cooked smoked ham, about 4 lbs
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 T prepared mustard
1/2 C raisins

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham on a rack in roasting pan, fat side up; score fat. Bake ham for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic, and mustard. Spoon half of the oil mixture over the ham, and continue baking for 30 minutes.
- Add raisins to the remaining orange mixture and service with ham.
