FOR THE PORK CHOPS:
4 - 8oz pork chops, bone-in, 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 C bread crumbs
1/4 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 T chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 C all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
FOR THE LEMON BASIL CREAM SAUCE:
1 T of The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil
1 T of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
1/4 C chicken broth
1/2 C heavy cream
1/4 C freshly grated Parmesan
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
