Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add all of the ingredients to a parchment-lined baking sheet and toss well to combine. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until veggies and chicken are fully cooked. Divide among meal prep bowls, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, diced into small pieces

1 carrot, chopped

1 zucchini, chopped

1/2 C brussels sprouts, sliced in half

1 red pepper, chopped

2 T of The Olive Bin's 18-Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

1 T of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 T dijon mustard

4 cloves garlic minced

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

 

Directions
