1 turkey breast or small whole turkey

1/4 C good white wine
1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil

1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Butter Olive Oil
1. In a small container, mix wine and Butter Olive Oil.
2. Cut a piece of cheesecloth large enough to cover the top of the turkey breast. Soak the cheesecloth in the wine and oil mixture for a few minutes.
3. Place the turkey breast in a large crockpot. Spread the soaked cheesecloth over the top of the turkey breast. Pour remaining mixture into the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
4. Remove turkey from crockpot, allow to cool. Slice and layer in a flat pan. Pour crockpot juices over the turkey slices. Cover and refrigerate. Warm in the oven the next day
