Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Season the pork with salt, pepper, and Memphis BBQ Rub & Seasoning, then place in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Transfer to a cutting board, let cool for 20-60 minutes, then shred with a fork. Strain the remaining liquid to remove solids. For extra flavor, toss the shredded pork with the strained liquid, or chill and skim the fat first if desired. Serve as is, or mix with BBQ sauce and serve on buns.

4 T Salt Sisters Memphis BBQ Rub & Seasoning
