Smoked Pepper Beef Burgers

Blend together Applewood Smoked Peppercorns and Pink Himalayan Salt, and sprinkle 1 T evenly over ground beef. Form the meat into 4 balls, lightly pressing them into patties, and season both sides with the remaining mixture. Heat grill or grill pan over high heat, place patties on the grill, and cook undisturbed for 3-5 minutes per side, or until preferred doneness. During last minute, add a slice of cheddar to each patty to melt, and toast the buns if desired. To assemble, place each patty on a bun base, add butter lettuce, a tomato slice, and condiments, then top with the other bun

1 T Salt Sisters Pink Himalayan Salt

1 T Salt Sisters Applewood Smoked Pepper

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 soft hamburger buns

Butter lettuce

4 tomato slices

Mayonnaise (or other condiment of choice)
