- Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegars in large Ziploc bag; place beef in bag and seal. Mix contents in bag by hand so that the marinade touches all parts of beef. For best results, marinade for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator (1 hour minimum). Rotate bag halfway through the marinade cycle.
- Remove from refrigerator 30-45 minutes prior to grilling to allow the beef to come to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine dry ingredients. Coat beef with a thin layer of the herbal blend and rub in by hand.
- While grilling, brush remaining marinade from the bag on beef.
*Also complements chicken, pork, and vegetables as a marinade!

Marinate your beef in this delicious blend to give it a sweet-and-spicy kick! For every pound (lb) of beef, add 1 T of the olive oil, 1 T of Espresso balsamic vinegar, and 1/2 T of Raspberry balsamic vinegar.
