The Olive Bin

Berry Caprese

In a small saucepan, bring Traditional Balsamic to a boil over medium high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes or so until balsamic has reduced to a thick glaze, stirring constantly. (Our Balsamic is already very thick and sweet, so you won't need to cook them as long as most recipes tell you to. Your goal is to reduce the liquid by about 25%. Mixture will continue to thicken as it cools.) Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl or cruet. Allow to cool. Layer mozzarella slices with strawberries, sprinkle blueberries over the top, and drizzle with Traditional Balsamic reduction.
