Pasta with Gremolata

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and cook pasta until it reaches desired tenderness. Place remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend into smooth paste. Drain pasta and toss with gremolata sauce to coat.

Ingredients

1/4 C of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils

2 T of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

2 large bunches flat-leaf parsley

6 cloves of garlic

1/4 C mint leaves

1 T lemon zest

1 lb pasta

Directions
