Picnic Pasta Salad

Bring large pot of water to boil and cook pasta until al dente. Rinse under cold water and place in large bowl. Toss pasta with all other ingredients in large bowl until well coated with dressing. Garnish with parsley.

Ingredients

1 lb dried bow-tie, penne, or macaroni pasta

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Herbes De Provence Olive Oil

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar

2 C halved cherry tomatoes

1 C pitted and sliced olives

1 C chopped cucumber

1 C chopped bell pepper

2 T fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Additional Info

Another combination to try is Madagascar Black Peppercorn Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
