Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccini with Roasted Tomatoes

Turn oven to broil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with 1 T olive oil. While pasta is cooking, toss tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper in baking dish. Broil in oven until tomatoes are blistered and popping open, about 5 - 7 minutes. Ladle tomatoes and garlic olive oil from the baking dish into pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 package of The Olive Bin's Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccini

10 oz small tomatoes (grape or cherry)
2 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil
3 cloves of The Olive Bin's Pickled Sweet Garlic Cloves
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions
