FOR THE SALAD:
1 large romaine heart, washed and chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 C blue cheese crumbles
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/4 C rinsed and drained black beans
FOR THE DRESSING:
1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons
The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil
1/3 C mayonnaise
1 T cold water (or more if you want it thinner)
salt & pepper, to taste
