Fiesta Fruit Medley

In medium bowl, toss together blueberries, strawberries, jicama, red onion, and basil. In small bowl, combine lemon juice, balsamic vinegars, and olive oil. Toss with fruit mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until serving time. Top with coconut flakes before serving, if desired.

2 T finely chopped basil
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil
1 T all-natural, unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
