1 T of The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil
1 bunch romaine lettuce, sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 purple bell pepper, julienned
1 tomato, sliced
1 T fresh basil, chopped
Pine nuts, to taste
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 T of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
- Saute chicken breast in Basil Olive Oil until completely cooked.
- On plate, layer romaince lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato. Slice cooked chicken and place on top of salad. Top with fresh basil and pine nuts.
- Combine mustard, Orange Olive Oil, and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar. Drizzle over the salad. Enjoy immediately.
