Pomegranate Broccoli Salad

Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl. Add craisins, almonds, and carrots. Drizzle with oil and balsamic. Toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

1 head broccoli

1 head cauliflower

3/4 C Craisins

1/2 C toasted almonds

1/2 C shredded carrots

3-4 T of The Olive Bin's Pomegranate Dark Balsalmic Vinegar

3-4 T of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil

salt and pepper to taste
