4 C old-fashioned oats
1 C dried cranberries
1 C cashews
1 C unsweetened flaked coconut
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil
1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
Cranberry-Coconut-Cashew Granola

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar until thoroughly combined. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients except the cranberries. Pour the oil and balsamic mxiture over the oats and mix well, until dry ingredients are completely covered.
- Spread the granola out ont oa baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake for approximately 1 hour, until golden brown and fragrant.
- Cool completely, then mix in the dried cranberries.
- store in a sealed container for up to one month.

This delicious granola recipe makes approximately 8 cups of granola.
