1/4 C whole cane sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp paprika
1 C unsalted whole almonds
1 C unsalted pecan halves
1 C walnut halves
1 C rolled oats
1 C roasted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
3 T pumpkin puree
2 T of The Olive Bin's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
2 T all-natural apple juice
1 C dried cranberries
1 C dark chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Mix cane sugar, cinnamon, paprika and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl. Set aside.
- Place nuts, oats, and pepitas in large bowl. Mix together pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice balsamic, and apple juice; pour over nut mixture and toss until nuts are evenly coated. Sprinkle with spice mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread evenly on two baking pans.
- Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time. Cool completely. Stir in cranberries and dark chocolate chips. Store in airtight container.
