- In a jar combine rosemary olive oil, garlic, mustard, cherry rose balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt.
- Add a lid to the jar and shake.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a plate and drizzle the vinaigrette mixture on top.
- Garnish with rosemary.
