Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400F. Quarter potatoes, place potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Toss. Add rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss again. Place baking pan or roasting pan and bake for about 40 minutes, until tender, turning occasionally. Before serving, sprinkle with balsamic and toss. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb small Yukon Gold potatoes

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 fresh sprigs rosemary leaves, minced

2 fresh sprigs thyme leaves, minced

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 T of The Olive Bin's Pomegranate Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
